It wasn’t until a diagnosis of Hashimotos and leaky gut that I was really forced to get clear on my why. 

I implemented simple shifts like upping the quality of ingredients in my products and put mental health at the top of the never ending to-do list. 

I learned just how much stress played a role in hormone function. I adopted a more gentle approach to movement, that supported rather than taxed my body.

And I found that food really can be healing.

In my early 20s my body was screaming at me to make some changes. I got used to feeling just ok all the time.

It's impossible to avoid every potentially negative ingredient. Being a purist only leads to obsession and increased anxiety.

There are extra toxins and endocrine disrupting ingredients in so much of what we consume.

The lack of regulations in the U.S compared to other countries is a joke. This leaves us, the consumer, to educate ourselves, do the research, and become our own experts.

I create content to make it easier for you to make better choices, implement mindfulness, and become your own advocate in healthy balanced living. 


I've learned that the items we eat and put on our body daily can be full of crap



There are so many amazing beauty, food, and wellness brands raising the bar that I'm passionate about sharing with you.

I hope to inspire you to look inward and figure out where you want to prioritize making different choices so that you can live your best vibrant life.
